Emergency Medicine Specialists (EMS) is a democratic physician led group seeking full or part time board certified Emergency Medicine physicians. Offering employee contracts potentially leading to partnership.
Serving hospitals in Appleton, Oshkosh, and Chilton, WI we are able to offer varied practice settings and a wide range of medical pathology accommodating different practice styles. Physicians are able to select which sites they work at.
All sites are covered by 24/7 physician coverage with midlevel support - strong group of midlevel providers allowing for variable staffing patterns. Midlevel staffing varies by time of day.

St. Elizabeth – Appleton, WI
- Shift length – 8/9 hours
- Site volume - 33,000 annual visit's
- Patients/hour – average across sites 1.6 patients/hour

Mercy Hospital – Oshkosh, WI
- Shift length – 12 hours
- Site volume - 15,000 annual visits
- Patients/hour – average across sites 1.6 patients/hour
- EMR – Epic

Calumet Medical Center, Chilton WI
- Critical access facility
- Shift length – 12 or 24 hours
- Patients/hour – average across sites 1.6 patients/hour
