Emergency Medicine Specialists (EMS) is an independent, physician-led democratic group seeking full-time and part-time board-certified Emergency Medicine physicians to join our team across Wisconsin.
EMS provides staffing for 14 emergency departments throughout the state, including practice opportunities in Milwaukee, Watertown, Fox Valley, and Door County. The diverse clinical environments offer physicians exposure to a broad spectrum of pathology and patient populations while supporting a variety of practice styles and career goals.

Logistics
- Average 1.2-1.6 patients/hour (site dependent), critical access sites have lower volume
- Shift length – 8-12 hours site dependent, Calumet 24 hour shifts.
