SSM Health Dean Medical Group- Waunakee is actively recruiting an experienced, full-time Family Medicine Advanced Practitioner to join our team of 5 physicians and 1 APP. In this role, you will have the opportunity to hold your own patient panel. Previous clinical healthcare background in primary care is strongly preferred.

Your Qualifications:

• 3 years' + experience as an Advanced Practice Provider required
  • Primary Care experience is a plus
  • Urgent Care and Internal Medicine backgrounds will also be considered 
• Current PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin 
  • Family certification required for NPs
  • NPs will need APRN
• Graduation from an accredited PA/NP program.
