Practice Highlights
MD Express Urgent Care centers are open 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, providing convenient, high-quality care throughout southeastern Virginia.
Providers rotate among locations in:
- Williamsburg
- Yorktown
- Newport News
- Hampton
- Gloucester
You'll care for infants, children, adolescents, and adults while managing a broad range of urgent medical conditions, injuries, and minor procedures in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Clinical responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of:
- Respiratory and viral illnesses
- Minor fractures, sprains, and lacerations
- Sports and occupational injuries
- Minor procedures and wound care
- Physicals and occupational medicine
- Vaccinations and preventive services
- Foreign body removal and other common urgent care procedures
We're Looking For
The ideal physician enjoys practicing broad-spectrum medicine, works well in a fast-paced clinical setting, and values teamwork, patient service, and evidence-based care.
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine
- Eligible for Virginia medical licensure
- DEA registration (or eligible)
- Excellent communication and patient-centered clinical skills

Hiring Range:
$151 – $189/hour
Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, and performance
